Our healthcare assistant can help you with 1-1 weight management programme and advice on healthy eating or if you prefer we can refer you to the Slimming on Referral program being run through Slimming World.
On Friday mornings between 09:00 and 10:00 our healthcare assistant holds a weekly weigh-in meeting for patients wishing to monitor their weight, meet likeminded people over a coffee/tea and share healthy eating ideas and tips. No appointment is needed just turn up and let reception know you wish to join the weigh-in
